Thank you for your order with Referees. co. uk. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you two simple options for returning your products. You have 30 days to register your return and another 30 days to actually return it. Please note that a one-time fee of € 5 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for returns. The remaining amount will be returned to the original current account as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

Option 1: Return via our website

2. Pack the products carefully in the original packaging. Make sure that all parts and accessories are complete and that the product is in the same condition as when it is received.

3. Close the original packaging tightly and paste the return label over the shipping label. You can also use aWithdrawal formAnd pack it in the box, if desired.

4. Please return the package to the nearest service point of your chosen carrier.We advise you to always ask for a certificate of issue and keep it.

Option 2: Return via your customer account

1. Log in to your customer account on our website.

2. Go to your order history and search for the order in question. Click the order to view the details.

3. Click the "Return" option for the order in question. Follow the instructions to register your return.

4. Pack the products carefully in the original packaging, including all parts and accessories, and ensure that the product is in the same condition as when received.

5. Close the original packaging tightly and paste the return label over the shipping label. If you have aWithdrawal formPlease add this to the box.

6. Take the package to the nearest service point of your chosen carrier. We advise you to always ask for a certificate of issue and keep it.
